Goodbye winter, hello spring! Before summer comes, you can start planning for an enjoyable vacation during the spring season at Branson. And what better place to stay in Branson than in the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing and theHilton Branson Convention Center.

Both of these are located within the entertainment capital of the Midwest, just the ideal place for you to stay whilst enjoying the nearby entertainment and tourist attractions like golf courses, museums, theme parks and theaters.

Ongoing events for sports, special events, concerts and many others ensure that anyone planning to spend a vacation in Branson will never get bored. Last time I went to Branson, it was more like a tour since my relatives only showed me around while they drove their car and I never got to visit even one museum and theme park.

Who knows, maybe this spring will be the perfect time for me to go back and spend a week long vacation. I definitely want to spend at least a day each on every theme park. Plus, an afternoon of golf would do me good and get some relaxation.

You should check out their site to check out on special offers because they always have some enticing offers that are too good to pass up. Have it all this spring at Brandon, Missouri!

Our Cagayan trip last week was quite fun and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves like their younger years. (lol) We went to CDO, my husband’s hometown to spend the fiesta with the family and some friends and relatives. The first few days we were busy strolling around the mall, trying out some new food outlets around the city, watched fireworks and some other fiesta activities. But last Saturday was the most fun of all. We made sure that we spend our time at their small theme park or as we call it “peryahan”. We did the horse back riding for one round and after that we proceeded at the “peryahan” to have some rides and play games we used to do when we were young. Although none of us won any prize, we still enjoyed every peso that we spent in the park. Fiesta in Cagayan is not that extravagant as our own Sinulog Fiesta but I wish someday the city could organize the fiesta well for them to attract more visitors.

During our trip in Malaysia, there was this one ride in Sunway Lagoon that we almost missed, the Congo Challenge. And lucky for us that we didn’t. When you go to Sunway Lagoon theme park do not forget to drop and take a ride at the Congo Challenge, Malaysia’s only headfirst six-lane racer water ride. It is one of the African- themed attractions in the water park. My husband and I together with the rest of the group enjoyed this exciting ride and splashed all the way down. It is quite scary at first because you will be lying down with your heads first but once you’ve tried it, you will be asking for more of it. We even make 3 rounds of Congo Challenge. That was the most unique water experience I have ever had. Though we did not have pictures while riding the Congo Challenge, I will never forget the entire experience that we had at Sunway Lagoon.
