Yes. you read it right. Crap. They are supposed to be the local enforcers within the barangay but instead, they do not enforce simple laws like until what time annoying discorals should be allowed. Anybody wanting to blast out music to neighboring areas should respect the rule of law: 12 midnight on weekdays and 2AM […]
Traffic is bad in Cebu. Almost anywhere you go to, there will always be traffic. Though not as much as Cagayan de Oro where traffic there is worse, Cebu will catch up in no time considering the rise of condominiums and hotels have not yielded any road widening or imposed laws that require establishments to provide parking space for its customers.
Why let these people who build buildings without having any parking space, right? Public roads get compromised. Traffic in the Talamban area is very bad. USC Talamban is one major cause of the traffic and I doubt the traffic problem will go away unless the government does something to the road.
So there, so far while I have cherished the wondrous time I get to sleep soundly at night, I feel like this comfort is tarnished because of the possible stress that comes from having less time left to work in the office because people want to avoid the traffic.
Other than that, there also gets to be too little time left to spend time with your special someone unless you really work double time without working overtime to balance time with your beloved, work and your own life.
Just imagine what people can do with those 2 hours if they do not get wasted over something like traffic.
