Hi, Globe Telecom Cheaters
And they say it is more fun in the Philippines. Blech! I am just a small fry and small fries do not get help from corporate companies. Globe management only helps out when something goes out to the media to avoid getting embarrassed or if the client has a huge account, a celebrity or political figure.
If you are none of those, consider your issues goodbye because they will just fall on deaf ears. That is also what happens when you voice concerns about text abuse or scams. They just accept your concern and bury it deep inside their queue list never to be processed again.
So Globe, their agent did not upgrade my plan when I asked to upgrade it. Instead, I unknowingly had been paying for 2 plans for 3 months now. I barely check my bills. I prefer to read them online which until now my request has not been processed because they keep sending it through postal mail.
Whatever happened to my text request to have the bills sent to email and also get the chance to win an iPad? What a bogus and deceitful promotion. I never received any confirmation text reply.
So there, I am sure Globe will not reimburse me the amount that I had paid because of the blunder that their agent did. I had my plan upgraded after I took in an iPhone. If I had not checked on that bill, I might still be paying for 2 plans for the rest of my mobile subscription life.
All I got was a “sorry”. Agents’ blunder/mistakes, clients suffer. We all bear the brunt of their mistakes and still end up paying even though it was their mistake in the first place. It is more fun in the Philippines, don’t you agree?!
That is why I always am happy when rebels blow up their cell towers.

Globe technicians and sales people promised to install 3 mb/s Tattoo connection September 10. Tehy installed on Sept 15 only 1 mb and promised to upgrade. They also charged 4000 pesos for extra cabel without receive. Since this time no upgrade has been done but they already charged for it. The speed i have since I am using the phone is between 0.35 and 0.50 mb/s.
Technicians are liers and make appointments without showing up, Management people dont call back. It seems to be a gangster company.
