Surviving Mesothelioma

What is mesothelioma? Even I have never heard about this before until now. And with good reason. Mesothelioma cases are pretty rare so not everybody knows much about it. It is a rare form of cancer that is almost always caused by exposure to mesothelioma asbestos. Symptoms can include shortness of breath, chest wall pain and weight loss.

While treatments like chemotherapy are usually the case for mesothelioma patients, it carries a poor mesothelioma prognosis. However, a mesothelioma survivor named Paul Kraus survived the mesothelioma cancer due to his research by working with his doctors to create his own regimen and in turn beat his mesothelioma and is now enjoying a good life.

All his experiences and things that he did are written in his book called “Surviving Mesothelioma and Other Cancers: A Patient’s Guide”. In it, Paul offers advice, tips and suggestions that will help mesothelioma patients try to beat the odds.
