Feeling Weak

It sucks when you get sick. I was looking forward to this weekend because tomorrow is an anime cosplay event and the next day, we plan to meet up with my godson Ivan. It has been quite sometime since we last saw him in person and my wife and I are overly excited to see him again.
… Until I got hit with a flu, fever, whatever. I was already feeling weak yesterday while at work because there were so many things that had to be debugged. Add to that my gum sore and the sickness finally got to me. I just hope I will get better asap. If there is one thing worse than having flu or fever, it is having this during dengue season.
Long weekends may be a thing of history now and by next year as we just have a new president who is against moving holidays so I was really looking forward for some time off this weekend. I just hope it won’t get any worse and I will be back in tip top shape.
