Debt-relief is not always a ‘magic pill’. Sometimes declaring bankruptcy is more appropriate. It all depends on the individual’s history, current status and more importantly FUTURE plans. As with anything, it’s best to get advice from a qualified and experienced debt professional. While even something like credit card debt negotiation seems simple (and some ‘gurus’ try HARD to make it seem that way), it’s best to work with someone that knows what they’re doing.
