Bread Diet

I never have the desire to jog. It’s so boring. My wife keeps inviting me to job but I just don’t like it. It does not make me sweat that much. I can sweat a lot by playing basketball for even 10 minutes. But, my officemates and I could not find time to allocate a time slot for all of us to play ball.
Instead, I decided to do a little diet. Eat bread for dinner and a half cup of rice for lunch. It has been more than a month and I am not saying that I lost weight. At least I do not think so. Compared to eating rice for dinner and I might be fatter now.
I used to eat regular bread but then shifted to wheat bread since last week since they are healthier plus those do not make you fat. My wife keeps asking me if I miss eating rice. I told her no. It is a good thing actually since I will be going home for Easter. Lots of free food from my family he he he. Let’s see if I can withstand the urge to gobble the food back home.
