What Is It With Thai Food?
I’ll ask you again. What is it with Thai food? I just love the cuisine so much. It is not just because of the spices. Thai food just tastes so good! When I went home to my hometown in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines during the Holidays, my parents treated me and my wife to a restaurant named Thai Me Up. I believe it is the first thai restaurant in the city. The food was simply delicious, just like the food in Krua Thai and Siam (both are owned by the same owner) in Cebu, Philippines.
Any kind of food that is hot (and I do not mean warm), it is a thumbs up for me. I just love spicy food. I really do not see food as being delicious because of the way it is cooked. Chinese cuisine? Well, they are heavily laden with vetsin which is why many people love it. Same goes for Thai cuisine. Perhaps there is some ingredient being added that makes the food so good. I just wonder what it could be … anyone know? Share your thoughts!
