What Is Omega 3?

What is Omega 3? Frankly, I am sure there are quite a lot of people who do not know what this is. To some, maybe all they know is that it is related to fish and that’s that. So what are Omega 3 Fatty Acids? They are a certain type of unsaturated fat that the body needs but cannot produce on its own; therefore it must be obtained from food. The three main types of Omega 3 fatty acids that are integral to the body’s metabolism, each one a health wonder.

The list, and health benefits go on but you can get more information in Omega3.org, an online resource dedicated to providing content regarding Omega 3. Even if you have no idea about it or any clue on where to start, the site is a good starting point to get you guided on the health benefits that Omega 3 can give.

There is more to fishes and that is Omega 3. This is one useful site that I bookmarked in case I need to get information regarding Omega 3.
