Swordfish
I recently blogged a few days ago regarding some Greek restaurant that my wife and I dined at. One of the food that we ordered was swordfish since I was so curious that time as to how it really tastes. The price was too expensive though, perhaps because of its sword snout that this kind of fish is hard to catch? Hmmm.
Well, swordfish tastes just like any other kind of fish like marlin or tangigue. I guess the only thing that can differentiate the taste would be the sauce that restaurants make to add flavor to a course. This fish though, did not have any sauce with it so maybe it is why I thought it tastes ordinary.
At least I am not ignorant anymore ha ha! I was always curious how swordfish tastes like and finally I just did.
