National Family Solutions

After reading part of the text in the National Family Solutions, I totally agree that it is indeed often a misunderstood concept that in a custody battle, the court most often times sides with the mother. However, in reality, this is and should not be the case. The father has as much right as the mother has with regards to custody. As a father, especially if you are totally new to this situation, you need guidance and knowledge to know what things are needed and if there is processing involved, at a minimal cost, its father’s rights program will help you go through situations like emergency filings, contempt of court filings, custody and visitation enforcement, custody and visitation establishment and child support services to name a few.

what is good about this service is that it is nationwide in America. With its fast and aggressive tactics, combined with its minimal cost service, clients get the same legal matter services that they get from real attorneys, but for less a cost. Apprehensive? Give it a try. Just fill out a form and they will get back to you within 1 business day. It is that fast! See what services they can offer you based on your situation and get the program that you so need to obtain the rights that you deserve for your child/children.

Sarah, I’ve heard about National Family Solutions and they are, indeed, a fraudulent company. As far as the comments by Richard and Tasha are concerned, I’m always suspicious of anyone who leaves such “glowing” comments about any company. They are usually the owners or employees of the company or related to them in some way. Tasha’s comment is also on the company web site which makes it all the more suspect as being from a satisfied client. As far as Richard is concerned, if his comment is not also an “inside” job, he needs to look at his own conduct as to why his attorney dropped him. Maybe he was too demanding or wanted his attorney to do something that is unethical or was not truthful with his attorney. Attorneys are not perfect and they are not created equal. Some are definitely better than others. But when you hire an attorney who makes a serious mistake or is unethical, you have recourse through the bar association in your state. You have no such recourse when you hire a non-attorney. Take the attorney’s advice and steer clear of National Family Solutions because they are nothing but bad news.

Just love how “Brenda” is able to make such a claim as “fraudulent”. Maybe “Brenda” is from a competitor? Maybe, “Brenda” is an attorney that lost a potential client to us? Who knows… all I know is that I work for the company and I am in control of our legal staff.

Funny, you would think that out of the twenty five or so people that I manage (many being attorneys within their state doing documents in our system), that one of them would know that we are a fraudulent company. Imagine that, a company that contracts attorney’s to do paperwork, absolutely unheard of and fraudulent right? Ever heard of “LegalZoom.com” or “We The People?” Billion dollar companies that have the same business model… They absolutely must be fraudulent too right?

Brenda, we don’t give out fake testimonials. Tasha is real and we called and asked to repost her testimony on this blog.
Anyone reading this can call us about how we work and what we do. We maintain an “A” rating with the Better Business Bureau for a reason. We do not take every case presented to us. If you have already filed paperwork or retained an attorney, we don’t touch it, if you have a case against the state or have a criminal record regarding child care we don’t take it. We don’t take in many states due to their jurisdictional amendments. So, if you have a family legal matter, give us a call and we’ll see if we can help!

NFS is a scam! The person I talked to at first told me that after paying $100.00 for a retainer I could make monthly payments for the remainder of the amount. He DID NOT tell me that the whole amount needs to be paid BEFORE they process any paperwork or set up any court dates. My caseworker will not return my calls. They just want your money. DO NOT USE THEM!! They are a scam!

As far as the post by TASHA W….the same EXACT post is on the BBB website under someone named Latisha C. NFS are liars..how sad is it when they have to use fake names and write up thier own rave reviews!
