The new Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe video game has been announced for a release this fall. You can check out the official site here. I was surprised when I saw this one. This looks to be pretty exciting and unexpected. And it’s 3D! Well, the way I see it that is. At least it ain’t sprites like in Street Fighter arcade games. Wonder how Superman will be fatalitied. Maybe Kano’s going to emit some kryptonite on his hands and grab hold of Superman’s heart. The trailer doesn’t show all characters, only Batman and Scorpion for a few seconds and I think Sub-Zero. It just seemed like a few months ago that I ranted about the price increase in bakeries. I had hoped that this would be the end of it, that another possible price increase would happen when I’d be having grandchildren. Hell, I haven’t even gotten married yet and bread prices have increased already?!? Again?!? I learned about this today because the price of Julie’s Bakeshop’s Cheese bread is now P3.00 from P2.50. What the… a big 20% increase. I could only talk to myself, angry at why this is happening. Everything seems to increase, except our salaries! The word networking sends shivers down one’s pockets. After all, it’s what I avoid right away whenever I hear someone inviting me to listen to a business opportunity. Pursuers never mention the word networking because it scares people the moment they hear it. Is it real? Does it really work? So they say. To experience is to believe right? This is a first for both Jacky Chan and Jet Li together in a movie and I was excited to watch it, making sure that I watched it in the movie house rather than getting a dvdrip of it and watching it in my laptop. In this movie, Jacky Chan’s role is more of a supporting actor even though he and Jet Li are fighting on the same team because Jet Li’s monk character is actually part of the Monkey King (Jet Li)’s …. er essence? NBA Playoffs 2008 start tomorrow (Sunday Philippine time). My favorite team, L.A. Lakers will be playing the next day facing the Denver Nuggets. I’ll be cheering them all the way, being a Lakers fan since Magic Johnson’s days. Win or lose, even when the Lakers struggled in recent years I was still and will be a Laker fan. People counted the Lakers out early this season as we all know when Kobe Bryant started his own tirade about management being a mess and not doing anything to get Jason Kidd, lambasting Andrew Bynum and the frustration of being eliminated by the Phoenix Suns twice the past two years. Hands down. Sun Cellular. So make your point if I’m wrong. I forgot that the last time I tried to call their hotline, I got so pissed because I barely could get in. If I do miraculously connect, while even waiting for a customer service agent to talk to me, I get cut off all of a sudden. What kind of service do they have then huh? I tried calling them up today but just could not resulting in me having to go to Robinson’s just to air my problem. Heck, I’m lucky their office is not far from where I work. I received an email from my friend of pics with this certain guy together with lots of hot and beautiful girls. This was actually the 3rd time that I received an email that contained these kind of pics. The first two I think were long ago, probably more than a year. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I kind of remember that he’s part of the abs-cbn crew? Which is reason enough to have access to be near these girls anytime. This guy’s lucky! I posted a few pics below.
